Certificate numbers are printed at the top of every MBP certificate. When you enter your MBP certificate number, one of the following actions will take place:

1) The MBP service credit(s) you purchased or earned will be deposited in your account.

2) A MBP voucher will be validated, and available for printing under your account.

STEP 2: Please contact the practitioner for an appointment before proceeding online.

STEP 3: Add the service to your cart and print the voucher.

STEP 4: Be sure to bring the voucher to your appointment.

3. You may use no more than two (2) services per modality -- i.e. two massages, two facials, two acupuncture treatments, etc. -- with any one MBP Service Package.
