How to Redeem & Print Mind Body Partnerships Service Vouchers Online:

  1. Log on to your account or create a new account at www.mbpartnerships.com.
  2. Enter your Certificate Number on the Home Page and click "Redeem".
  3. Your service credits will then be deposited in your account; only enter your certificate number once. **Each service credit is redeemable for one (1) service, regardless of the face value of the service.**
  4. Click on Find a Service to locate a practitioner near you.
  5. Please first contact the practitioner to setup an appointment before adding the voucher to your shopping cart and checking out.
  6. Continue through the checkout process. One (1) credit will be applied per service, and the certificate for the service you selected will now be available under My Account.
  7. Print out your voucher and bring it to your appointment.
  8. Enjoy!

NOTE: Once selected and purchased, your service voucher will have a 6-month recommended use-by date. Each voucher's normal Terms & Conditions apply.

MBP POLICY UPDATE:

There is a limit of no more than two (2) services per modality (i.e. two massages, two facials, two acupuncture treatments, etc.) -- for any one MBP certificate purchase.

Scheduling Appointments:

We recommend you contact the practitioner to schedule your appointment before purchasing the service voucher online. Please mention Mind Body Partnerships at the time of booking, and bring your service voucher with you to your scheduled appointment. NOTE: If the 6-month recommended use-by date on your service voucher has elapsed, there will be a $10 service fee to exchange for another service option. Please make your selections with care.

Policy Governing Redeemed Service-Specific Certificates

  1. MBP certificates are valid for New Clients Only.
  2. Only one (1) certificate will be honored per person with any particular service provider.
  3. You must present your service voucher at the time of your appointment, or you will be charged the full retail price of the service.
  4. A minimum 24 hours cancellation notice is required to reschedule a visit; otherwise that particular service will be forfeited.
  5. Certificates are not redeemable for cash; only for the services explicitly outlined on the certificate.
  6. Certificates are not exchangeable for products.
  7. Certificates are valid only for specified services, and cannot be substituted with other services. The individual services described in this package are subject to change slightly, based on the ability of the facility to perform them.
  8. Appointments are based on availability.
  9. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for appointments.
  10. MBP certificate offers cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon or discount program.
  11. Mind Body Partnerships is an independent company, and not affiliated with any service partner.
  12. All MBP certificates or service credits are fully transferable to friends and family members.
  13. Neither Mind Body Partnerships nor any promotional partner is responsible for the loss, theft or mutilation of this certificate.
  14. MBP certificates are subject to an expiration date, if any, set forth on the face of the certificate, except where prohibited by applicable law.
  15. The person redeeming the services must work or reside within 15-20 miles of the specified practitioner unless otherwise stated on the certificate.

Mind Body Partnerships Service Guarantee

All services are guaranteed for six months from the date of their issuance. During the six-month period, Mind Body Partnerships will exchange your service for free under the following conditions:

  1. The service provider is unable to provide the service within 3 weeks of customer’s call.
  2. Customer is unsatisfied with the quality or professionalism of the service.
  3. The service provider does not have a reasonable availability in their schedule to accommodate the customer.

Exchanges & Lost Certificate Replacement.

Requests for exchanges after six (6) months from the date of issue will require a $10 service fee.

Requests for exchanges when there is nothing wrong with the service, or the customer changes their mind about the service, will require a $10 service fee.

Requests for exchanges when the customer received it as a gift and wants a different service requires a $10 service fee.

Lost or stolen certificates may be replaced if the customer can provide a valid certificate number, or the order can be traced back to the original purchaser. Each lost certificate replacement requires a $10 service fee.

Payment Options

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card Discover, and American Express. All Credit Card charges will appear as "Mind Body Partnerships."

User Legal Terms

Neither Mind Body Partnerships nor any promotional partner offer warranties of any kind regarding services you may receive in connection with your use and redemption of this certificate.

Neither Mind Body Partnerships nor any promotional partner assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, cost, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise which arises out of or is in any way connected with (i) your use and redemption of this certificate or (ii) the performance or non-performance by any third-party providers even if you have been advised of the possibility of damages. Under no circumstance shall Mind Body Partnerships or any promotional partner be liable for any delay or failure of performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control.

Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. No part of the MBP Certificate or Service Voucher Documents may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, for any purpose, without the express written permission of Mind Body Partnerships.

Privacy Policy

While logged onto the Mind Body Partnerships Web site, you will be asked for personal information; you are sharing this information with Mind Body Partnerships alone. Some data collected during a sweepstakes, contest or promotion may be shared with a sponsoring partner. You may decide not to participate in such events; if you do, your information may be shared.

The Mind Body Partnerships Web site also contains links to other third-party Web sites. Even if a relationship exists between a third-party and Mind Body Partnerships, Mind Body Partnerships exercises no authority over, and does not control linked sites.
