Stefanie Dumont, Certified Empowerment Coach Stefanie Dumont, Professional Empowerment Coach merged forces this year with DREAM Wellness after discovering that co-founders Dr. Brian Stenzler and Dr. Gregg Baron shared a similar vision of total wellness integration nationwide. Prior to partnering with the DREAM Team, Stefanie practiced as a Business and Personal Excellence Coach, Workshop Designer, Mastermind/Tele-class Leader, Professional Speaker and Author for the San Diego Based Company she founded, Dynamic Progress Coaching.

Once called the "Guruette" by motivational speaker Robert Allen, Stefanie partners with entrepreneurs, organizations, companies and motivated individuals to close the gap between where they are now to where they ultimately want to be. Empowering people with skills and strategies to step outside the box, reinvent themselves and ideally their organizations, while adding extreme value to their lives and work, has been a passionate subject for Stefanie and one she and DREAM Wellness will spread nationwide.

Before founding Dynamic Progress, Stefanie worked as a Corporate Coach with a well-known motivational company in San Diego, leading their 4,500-person membership to success. She was featured monthly in an audiotape the membership received for education and motivation. Stefanie has led numerous workshops and written articles for organizations such as Legoland California, The Parent Connection of Scripps La Jolla, Mira Costa College Business Education, Temple Solel and California State University San Marcos. Stefanie has had the honor of keynote speaking to National organizations such as Hadassah and The National Council of Jewish Women. Stefanie Dumont's clients include: Mira Costa College, CSUSM, The National Council of Jewish Women, Hadassah of San Diego, Mothers and More, The Parent Connection, San Diego Community College District Centers for Education & Technology and a National golf corporation. Stefanie holds a BA in Social Sciences with a primary in Sociology and secondary study in Psychology and Political Science, Core Essentials Program Completion and Advanced Certification Program study through coaching pioneer Coach University. Stefanie has also authored a series of children's books with gentle coaching strategies she plans to publish in 2008. Stefanie is a member of the esteemed International Coaching Federation and The San Diego Professional Coaches Alliance. Stefanie has most recently been featured on KUSI Inside San Diego and Fox6 News.
